I have created a fantasy football league for kidney patients. All NFL fans please join. It's free and lots of fun.
League Name: National Kidney League
Link: http://www.nfl.com/fantasy/free
PM me if you have any questions.

Great idea, I will sign up later as I'm off to the big D.
-
Great....we need 10 more before the season starts.
-
bump
-
We still need 9 more players in order to have a league. Some of you ladies need to sign up for your husbands or sons.
-
do I have to know how to play football to win
would my husband play - he is a football coach
and my football player son would play but school and Aggie football take all of his time
-
Still need 8 more players by the 31st in order to have a league.
-
League is looking very doubtful. Only 4 have signed up and 12 are needed.
-
Ya, don't look good, but thanks for trying flip.
-
All my other leagues filled up real quick so it really kind of surprised me. I guess most kidney patients aren't into fantasy football. With several teams to keep up with, I stay really occupied during dialysis.

It's not only for the guys, I manage a FFT here in the UK and I don't know a great deal about football. I won our 'mini' league 2 years ago - total fluke but great fun! It was great to beat those guys who thought they knew all about it :rofl; Of course it was beginners luck, last season I think I finished mid table. Loads of women do it over here.
Perhaps you could explain a little about it this season and more people will join next season?. I didn't join simply because I don't know anything about the US teams or players (apart from David Beckham ;)) but I'd encourage others to give it a go just for fun.

Our football is different, Rose. David Beckham plays soccer in this country.
-
I already have 3 teams, which is enough for me...Boxman
-
Sorry flip, i've got 4 going, and I probably will have to drop one just to stay sane.
-
I have 5 myself which are pretty competitive. I thought it might be fun to have a free one for the folks on here. Maybe next year.

:oops; Now you see why it wouldn't have been a good idea for me to join!!
