Title: Check out my view!
Post by: Bajanne on July 17, 2008, 11:22:38 AM: We just ,moved again - still in a one-bedroom, but it is more spacious. The view is terrific. It is very windy! I love it. Here are some picts. Sam took the one of the sunrise, and I took the ones in the day.

Absolutely, totally amazing!

When I decided to go to graduate school for marine science I had some wild idea that I might someday have a job in a place like that. Well it didn't quite work out that way - I ended up studying the muddy Chesapeake Bay estuary! Where I dive I can usually see about 5 feet, if I'm lucky.

One time I went to the Cayman Island's on a dive trip vacation. I was completely panicked when I got in the water.. Why? Imagine this -- I could see forever. All I kept thinking was, sh@t!!!!, if a shark comes for me I will see it from a mile away!

Bajanne, you live in a tropical paradise.

We'll all be there next weekend :)!!!!!!!!

i am not a photo expert, but I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I find that is very user friendly. I just click on Edit Picture, then Crop if it needs cropping, then Resize and I usually make the picture between 25% and 40%, depending on the original size of the picture. then I resave the picture with a different name (so I still keep the original, in case...)

Just picked this up off the Net - " At sea level, the temperature rarely drops below 70°F (21°C) and the maximum temperature in the summer is in the low nineties Fahrenheit (low thirties Celsius)."
