Title: Anyone exercise?

Just wondering if anyone does any exercise and what it is or if do not have the energy to do.

We already have a thread dealing with exercise in the General Discussion.  Maybe you would want to read that one and join in.

Hmmm I typed in exercise into the search and it didnt bring anything up at all.  Yet I just typed it in again and it brought up a bunch.   ???  HMMM computer gremlins screwing with me.   ;D
