Title: Resturants

My wife and I enjoy dining out but find it difficult taking full pleasure of the meal when she has to be careful of her diet and has to reduce her options of what to have.
What restaurants do you guys go to that have the best menus or which ones do you avoid all together?

I usually go to the ones who have buffets or food bars. That way I can select what I want and also control the quantity. Ponderosa is my favorite.
