Hi Everyone,

I am 29, and have been on Dialysis for a little over a year now.  Somehow, I still feel like a newbie.  I have been looking for a site like this where I can get answers and support about dialysis.  I am trying to learn everything I can so that I can make sure that I am getting the best possible care and make the best choices for myself. It just seems like every time I think I know whats going on, something happens and I am shown that I don't.  I have been struggling to have the life I had before dialysis.  I know this is not totally possible, but I am determined to do as much as I can until I get a transplant.  I am working on a web site to share what I have learned so far about dialysis.  Please give me a visit at www.mydialysisweb.com.  I look forward to the forums. Welcome to the site.   Lives change when we get to start dialysis.  I know it changed my life and probably yours too. The support is here when you need it.
