Title: What months are you not supposed to eat oysters?

Is it the months without R's?  I can't remember and I'm craving oysters.   ;D

There is a delicacy from the sea that we eat in my country called 'sea eggs' and you are not supposed the harvest them in the months that do not have 'R'.  We have an old joke that a policeman saw a guy with a bag of them and he told him to spell the month.  He spelt A-U-R-G-U-S-T!
Try that with your oysters!
