Title: One H#** of a day
Post by: fireguy on July 06, 2006, 03:27:25 PM
It all started last night when my wife and I got back from a nice supper, You know down by the water , a bottle of wine and great food. As I was walking in the house , thought I would check my arm. GUESS WHAT< NO WOOSH WOOSH< Call the nurse on call at 8:00PM ,call into the the nepherologist, call to the intervention specialist, and into the hospital we go this morning. Dialysis teaching for 8:30 AM , blood work, Off to intervention at 10AM, 3 hours later ,loaded up on anti clotting meds, benadryil, pain killers and after 2 hours of angio the full length of the graph and half my arm, back to Dialysis Teaching for 4hrs of dialysis. NICE VACATION EH>

WOW!! I feel that!!
But I am thankful that you checked for your 'woosh woosh'.  That is very important.
How are you doing now?  Are you feeling okay?
Was that the end of the vacation, or will you be able to recoup?
Please let us know how you are doing after such an experience.
