Have you tried the new Three Musketeers minis filled with orange creme? Oh my goodness! The kids won't be getting any of these in their :basket: I think the :bunny: will eat them all before Sunday! Yummy! My all time favorite is Reeses eggs----just the right amount of chocolate and peanut butter. Mmmmmmmm- good.
-
I dropped peanut butter from my diet when my phos was shooting out of control. I'm on Fosrenal now, and my phos has dropped into the 3's, so I figured I could have a little now and then. My blood sugar dropped while I was in the check-out line at the grocery store, so I grabbed a Reese's pb egg and took a bite while the groceries were ringing up. Holy cow! Talk about rich - I forgot how powerfully strong the peanut butter cream was in those little things!
-
anything that is not chocolate :waving;
-
Cadbury cream eggs. Oh my God. One is enough for the entire year, Dark chocolate M and Ms. Stale peeps. They just taste better stale.
-
:yahoo; I am a diabetic so I would never indulge in a Dark Chocolate Easter Bunnies lol!
-
I just like to bite their ears and bunny tails off..
I'll share the rest!..
-
anything that is not chocolate :waving;
I'm just the opposite -- anything that IS chocolate! I like those hollow bunnies that you bite the ears and tail off, too! I like peeps with all that sugar. I love peanut butter and chocolate. I love jelly beans (but not the black ones). Malted robin's eggs are yummy, too....what? sweet tooth? me? you gotta be kidding!!! :rofl; :rofl;
-
:basket: anything chocolate. especially filled with chocolate cream.
-
Peanut butter M&M's; bite size Reese's and Snickers; regular jelly beans (NOT the spiced kind), especially black jellybeans!
-
See's Candy (chocolate candies). I think they only have stores in CA, though unsure.
-
Jelly beans (except black or white ones).
-
My Easter basket was NEVER without jelly beans, peanut butter eggs, creme eggs and a chocolate bunny (usually a pretty small one)...and neither is my son's! Of course, I have to buy extra of everything to make sure it's safe for him to eat. ::)
-
I love Cinnamon jelly beans, and jelly bellys, and Snickers, and so much more!! Did any of you make your own chocolates this year?
-
Robin's eggs - love love love them! Also, coconut cream eggs - to die for! Peanut butter reese's eggs too...I dream of chocolate... :bunny:
-
All of the above. :yahoo; :2thumbsup;
And they now make GIANT peanut butter eggs. Yummmmoooooooooooo.

Before I was diabetic when I was a kid, they use to have big hollow white chocolate easter bunnies that where yellow in color. Can't find them anymore now that I can have them again. Nor can you find big hollow chocolate easter bunnies. >:(
-

Hmmm, maybe I was reading this description to late in the day from one of the sites you posted,
Chocolate Easter Bunny
At 16-1/2" tall and weighing 3 pounds, Mr. Goodtime Bunny has earned his reputation for spreading good cheer.
Mr. Goodtime earned his reputatio? What did this bunny real do in the off season :rofl;
-
You know what they said about Mr Goodbunny's big feet? :rofl; :rofl;
-
Well even though Mr Goodtime wasn't a halow bunny, I almost ordered him till I saw his price. For $85, he better be a good time! I have bought 10 pound chocolate bars for $40.
-
Having been diabetic since I was 6, my parents always put sugarfree candy and chocolate in my baskets. Back then, sugarfree stuff was nasty! No self-respecting adult would eat that stuff, let alone a child. Yuck! I never ate it, so I don't know why my parents kept buying the stuff. :urcrazy;
-
You know what they said about Mr Goodbunny's big feet? :rofl; :rofl;
If you don't know, ask willieandwinnie! :rofl; :rofl; She knows!
-
The Russell Stover bunnies. Marshmallow covered in milk chocolate. I could eat my weight in those!
-
Back off my Easter candy and no one gets hurt! :basket: :boxing;
And tomorrow is... THE DAY AFTER EASTER!!!
I will be headed out to provide a home to as many of those poor little chocolate Easter Bunnies left behind on the shelf as I can afford. ;D

And that makes me remember a Jeff Foxworthy joke. At the end of the lines, he say's he's gotta be one odd looking fellow.

that is adorable

I'm gutter brain. :rofl;

I just sampled a sugarfree Peeps! Yuck!!! I had no idea they made such a thing. They're made with Splenda. I don't recommend them! We came to the conclusion that the marshmellow is very dense and the "sugar" coating feels and tastes like very fine sand. :puke;

Yuck, Splenda to begin with.
Sugar Free candy is good for one thing and one thing only, LAXATIVE Effect! :rofl;
-
oh lordy I will not eat the sugar free chocolate ever again. Gives me the runs. Much better to eat the real stuff in moderation!
-
Oh yeah. And there really is no point to the SF Peeps because they have just as many carbs as regular Peeps. ???
-
There is an excellent recipe on Martha Stewart's website to make you own peeps. They are hard to shape but are so so yummy. I made flowers instead using a cookie press and tinted my own sugar. I didn't make any this year, but they are so good.

I love either white chocolate bunnies or milk chocolate bunnies... preferably the solid ones
-
I hate to admit it but my grandson did not get his peeps in his Easter bucket.
I had a friend pick up some items for me to give him and there was included
a box of blue peep bunnies. Well, I love peeps and before I knew it I had
eaten them. So then I asked my sister-in-law to pick up peeps and she
got green bunnies. Well, guess what. By Easter they were gone. Had to take an extra sugar pill.
So he did not get peeps but I sure enjoyed them.
That was only candy I had.
But he had a nice Easter bucket with things he enjoyed.
Peeps would have made hm all sticky and messy anyway. yeah, right. lol
-
:rofl; :rofl; :rofl;
-
Definitely stale Peeps, my wife got me a white chocolate bunny this year. Sure is awful sweet though.
-
my favorite Easter candy now---
everything marked 25%-75% off :santahat; :oops; (wrong Holiday)
-
Oh my gosh, how did I not see this thread!
Reese's PB Eggs by far are my favorite. My son was supposed to get them in his basket, but something dreadful happened to them :shy;. Then, his Nana gave him a basket with a couple of those in them and again, they were met with disaster :shy;. THEN I felt so guilty for eating his eggs, that I bought a couple of packages after Easter and well they were supposed to go to him but....I ate those suckers too. I have no will power over the eggs, they are like my kryptonite! :rofl; :rofl;
-
:rofl; :rofl; :rofl; Our poor grandkids! I wonder how many didn't get their candy because Nana got to it first?! Mine didn't get the Three Musketeers orange minis!! :basket:

They have orange flavor 3 Musketeers? :o
Darn, I haven't seen any new chocolate other than the Hershey Hugs with rasberry filling. I love the Hershey's Orange Cream Kisses or the Key Lime Almond Joy. Lucky I don't have kids, they would ever get chocolate during the holiday's because I would be eating it.

Those gooey ooey marshmallow things coated in chocolate, bunnies, eggs, whatever. If they are gone,I
go next for the Peeps !
