Aw you guys are the best. I have SO much catching up to do... even though i do not sign on or post, i am never far from the computer to make sure everyone is okay.
Well it seems that life with a kidney really does keep you on your toes. I have been so busy with college, the hospital, and juggling everyday life dramas like (the boyfriend, going out, and emotionally dramas) i have been unable to update.
On a medical front, i have not felt this good for SO long, its kinda scary sometimes coming on line and Reading all the bad stories because i feel so much for the friends (on ihd) on dialysis, or dealing with transplant dramas.
I will update whats going on on my transplant section.
Thank you so much for all my brithday wishes.

What a nice picture you have up. I understand that it may be hard to read the hard times that some are going through, but who would know better than someone who has been there. We like to hear from you Amanda but we also understand you have some living to catch up on also. Love you Manda poo.

Good to know you are well, everyone has been worried - now Sluff can sleep at nights again :2thumbsup;

Great hearing from you Amanda, and I can certainly understand wanting a little separation from all of this...hell, I have to walk away now and again and I haven't been transplanted yet!
Your experiences are valuable to us, but your happiness and watching you live life to the fullest is more inspirational.
The only thing we want to know are your travel plans for the summer...a lot of us are hoping you'll visit Chicage in August for the IHD gathering!!

Hi Amanda
It is good to hear that you are well and ok and it sure is good to have you back
on the site. Best wishes to you as you plan your trip to USA and with school and all.

Hi Amanda. It's so good to hear you are so well and able to get on with your life. Please keep posting you're always more than welcome here. :grouphug;

Amanda was gone? who knew???
Just kidding... glad to know you are doing OK.. despite life's regular ups and downs... all I can say is having this kidney and all that energy and feeling well allows you to cope with all those other things that much better than the rest of us... and while you might feel bad for those of us suffering along... we know you have been there.. and you have your own struggles... don't feel bad for us because your story and experiences give us hope and something to look forward to (well maybe not all of it.... d'oh!)
You're much loved around here... that's for sure!

Marvin and I love to hear and read the "good" stories about transplantation. Like RichardMEL said, it gives us hope. I'm glad you're so busy now (that's a good thing), but, like everybody else, I'm hoping you'll post more often.
