Hi, everyone I missed this site. Was riding my mountain bike and got hit by a car. Ruptured my spleen. Back on my feet, my dialysis is going good. Back riding my bike full time and exercising. I think what ever exercise you can do while on dialysis can only help your over all well being.W ould like to ask everyone to go to www.poetry.com and rate my poetry. I could when a contest When you go to the site put Derrick kess when they ask for the poets name. Write me and tell me what you think, regards Derrick Kess
