The first year insurance and the National kidney fund covered the bill after my 2500 deductable andtwenty percent. Now they send me a bill for the month of jan, for four thousand dollars!

Before I left working for DaVita (just a few months ago) they were really ramping up on trying to collect what ever they could from the patients. They were even trying to get us to collect co-pays at the clinic before treatments. Like that was really going to happen. Get with your social worker, he/she should be able to help you out. Don't let them scare you.
