Title: US Tax Deductions for Home Dialysis - What can be deducted?

Does anyone have experience with tax deductions for home dialysis?  When I had a small home-run business I was allowed to deduct the room and all associated expenses such as utilities directly from my business income.  What deductions are applicable for dialysis patients?  Are the deductions considered medical expenses or can they be applied directly to your income?

If you have been audited or spent time in jail for tax evasion please include those deductions as well   :oops;
