Title: Christmas and a Transplant

Today is the 6th anniversary of my transplant and it was celebrated well.  By coincidence the annual Southern California Frequency Coordinating Council Meeting, Christmas Party, and Barbecue was held at the Mt. Wilson Observatory on Mt. Wilson just outside of Los Angeles.  Although the weather in LA was cold and clammy, above the clouds it was a warm and sunny day.  Did we really have to leave?  Here are a few pictures.

1) Solar observatory tower.

2) The woods on a beautiful November day.

3) Bagpipes for a friend who passed away a short time ago.

4) Lets eat!

5) Lotsa towers.

6) It could be me.

Livecam, Happy kidney birthday!  You look wonderful. I always enjoy your pictures. You seem to capture peace and calmness in your pictures.  Glad you have had such a wonderful day.
