What do I need to do? Do I wait a little later than normal tonight, like wait 3 hours and then take tonights doses and start on time tomorrow or just skip tonights?

Since it is almost 3 hours till next dose, you can wait till tonights dose to stay on time or take them now and take them early tomorrow. There is about an hour leeway time of taking meds, so adjust accordingly to stay on time. But besst to take them as soon as possible and adjust tomorrows dose and buid up to normal schedule.

Hey Mark,
No whatever you do dont skip tonights medication. you can wait a little longer than take it, or take it straight away.
Maybe you can call the hospital and speak to someone there?

I guess the key thing to do is to know your transplant centers protocol on this matter. Mine is different from Amandas. Justdon't forget tonights dosage.

A lot of it depends on which medications you are on specifically. Some may have a little more leeway than others. Either way it's best to not skip any doses. I agree with Amanda if there is an on call doctor or transplant coordinator, definitely call them.

Aye yi yi, what am i going to do with you?? RIMBO?? Now just cuz your feeling better, that is no excuse to start slacking, ;) ;) I am sure you will be fine but i would definetly put a call in to the neph to let him/her know and ask their professional opinion. Keep on keepin' on Mr. Rimboman :beer1;

If you miss a dose your supposed to take your next dose like normal and continue on like normal.

This is what I have been advised to do, also.
If you miss a dose (and it's more than 6 hours since you were supposed to take it) then forget that dose, and just take the next as normal.
