I would like to welcome "bajanne2000" to the admin team, she has proven to be a loyal and trustworthy member of the site. What is a Moderator you may ask? A moderator is someone who is basically a member of the administration team. A "mod" has the power to Lock, Edit, Move, posts. A mod also helps welcome new members and keeps an eye on the site when the "Admin" (Epoman) is not around. A mod is also a person you can turn to if you are having problems with another member or if you have questions about the site.
Our site is growing and at the current rate of growth we are on track to have 325+ members by the end of 2006 so I need help running the site. As the site continues to grow I will need more moderators so if you are interested in becoming a mod stay loyal, post alot, reply to questions from members, welcome new members, and follow the guidelines of the site and when the time comes I may email you. ;)
Her title says "Global Moderator" that is because she is a mod for the entire site, not just one specific section. So please welcome "Bajanne2000" in her new title as "Mod".

Thank GOD in Heaven! :) Welcome Bajanne2000! I have not been very active this last week due to the "Fistula-Gram gone BAD." But, I'll be here to help all I can. You can have up to 9 people on a SKYPE call. We should try it. 8)

My hat is off to the new moderator, Bajanne2000, know you will also do a wonderful job! Great timing, Epoman, since Rerun is experiencing some 'technical difficulties' at this time- It will be great to have the 3 of you moderating !

Thanks so much, you guys! Your welcome makes me feel warm (and that's not just because the temperatures over here are soaring). This site has meant so much to me since I discovered it just as I found out I needed dialysis. I remember my early days of asking questions about everything and getting answers I could actually use! So I really owe this site a lot, and it is great to be able to do my part for such a great fellowship.
I have not been so active as my computer is down and though I have great access to computers at school, this is crunch time for setting exams,etc, so my Internet jauntings were curtailed. I am finally getting my hard drive re-formatted - hopefully this weekend - and will be soon ready to do what is required of me.
