I have 25 lbs to lose to reach my center’s weight limit. Weight loss has plateaued and I’ve been on PD for a year and it’s recently not working great. I know some center’s in the US have higher weight limits. I have several donor candidates. Does anyone have a list of these centers that allow higher weight limits? Thanks.

A quick Google search found University of Wisconsin accepts patients with a BMI of 35. Also Mayo accepts patients for lung transplant at 35. Can't find info about kidney.
Where do you live? You might start by calling the centers in your area to ask their requirements.
There is lots of info online to the effect that people with lower BMIs do better with transplant surgery. Keep up with your good food choices and moderate exercise and you might be surprised at your weight loss in a few months.
Best of luck.
