I just found out yesterday that the Davita centre down the street from where I live has just started a home hemo program, and I may be able to get into it in six weeks or less. My social worker and doctor are doing what needs to be done to get me on the waiting list (which will put me on the waiting list for every home hemo program in this city). My social worker wasn't 100% sure, but she thinks this clinic offers the NxStage. If this works out (please, please, please), I can handle waiting six weeks a lot easier than three to six months. Take care.
