This mornings news reports they are ALL finally out safely.
RIP the one rescuer that lost his life the other day helping to set up this rescue. An experienced diver he knew the dangers but he pushed himself just a little too hard wanting to save those boys.

May he R.I.P..

God Bless the young man and we are all so grateful for the relief those young men are feeling.

Can you imagine what those boys' parents are feeling!?
How gracious of them to send a letter to the boys' coach, thanking him for looking after the kids and insisting they do not blame him. What kindness.

I'm really surprised how well this played out. For days they were trying to find the team without a sign. Then one day the news said that they were going to find the kids that day - because they were finally reaching where they thought they were located. I was skeptical of that and felt it was bad to say we will find them today - but then they did find them that day! Then US based pundits were saying it would take them weeks or a month to teach the kids to swim, yet again they got them out in under a week.

I have just been heart sick ever since they were LOST. God bless that 25 year old coach for keeping the boys calm and alive and with hope. The feeling of being lost and not knowing if you will make it out is like no other feeling I've ever had. I was in a small plane crash in 1987. We were only lost for 28 hours and we had sun and AIR. So, I cannot imagine what those poor boys went through. I'm so happy they are out! LET IT RAIN!!
See, we can all get along.......

the last one out ( I think) was photographed during the rescue. AMAZING!!!

Why is it that the world can come together to save some kids trapped in a cave but we still have wars.
Yet some people/Countries just refuse to get along together.
Sad.
I can't say I am glad these kids became trapped, but I am glad that the divers did manage to get them all out as quickly as they did. A Job very well done! Those Guys do not get paid enough.
