Somewhat interesting article on Sleep.  How waking at the same time during the night may be an indication of something amiss within your body.

This may have some basis in truth for many.

Not a bad read and possibly raise some interesting observations and discussion.

My dog doesn't care and I fear if I had a stroke, and breakfast rolled around...... my ears would go first.
