Title: A response to a very bloody week in the world
Post by: kitkatz on July 13, 2016, 12:02:30 AM
My heart cries.
Sadness, bereft, weeping noises that call out into the world.
Looking for some answers
That just seems to not be there right now.
The world is becoming an insular, cruel place.
We forget love and light need to become apart of us.
Sharing of souls
Not torture of each other.
Change needs to blossom.
We need to soar into the freedom
That humanity is destined for.
Killing fields on the ground
Over differences in race, creed and color
We all will bleed red.
Dying is not a solution for a cause.
Answers are difficult.
Confusion reigns across the nation.
How does the becoming of the human race begin
Or will we go out with a squeak of hate
Leaving behind us a wrecked, ruined world?
The juxtaposition of the two sides fight
Finding no solutions within themselves.
The heart cries for the world that can be,
And scream in bewilderment over hate.
Hope
Light
Becoming Human Beings is difficult.

Good words.

Question. or three.   Are you submitting this somewhere for publication with reward?

Do we need permission to copy and paste the entirety to public media like Facebook?
