I do spend time doing research in various fields of interest, using the internet.
Yes, there is a saying in the computer world that says 'GIGO', garbage in-garbage out.
So one does need to be very careful reading what comes up.
For every 'good' research project found, there will generally be an opposing contrary research project.
So the adage 'if it sounds to good to be true', one needs to be extra careful.

Found this very interesting.

Here are the simple steps to conjure up a miracle:

Ask - Get clear about what your miracle is. Then close your eyes and with an open heart, connect to the Divine and say a prayer of gratitude thanking the Divine for delivering your miracle to you with effortless ease.

Believe and Expect - Believe, trust and expect that this miracle IS already yours. Put a smile on your face and exude joy to the world as you live in the knowingness that what you've asked for IS already yours.

Surrender - Let go of any fear, doubt, anxiety or need to know when the miracle is coming. Being detached from the "need" shows the Universe that you trust your miracle is on the way.

But should 'pee' be clear or not, is another part of that question.

Am doing this .
Have for many decades been doing various QiGong and Yogata type movements.

Found this one to be simple to do.

Also doing this one.:
This uses sea salt  to prepare a concentrated mix, one adds to their drinking water.
Too soon to post any actual results using it.

yes, even visit my own blog.
Here I had posted 'what herbs are in the mix'.
Already well into a second batch.
When I need to refresh my memory, It is faster and easier to go to my blog, then wade through my written notes.
