Title: Help with disability review

I have been on disability for 3 years and about a month ago got the review letter. It included the long form that I filled out and sent back. I included the dialysis center I go to and all my docs and meds.

Now today I got another letter with the adult function report they want filled out and returned.

I thought being on dialysis was an automatic qualifier? Will I get denied or is this second form normal?

They might be looking for dialysis patients who got a transplant and "forgot" report becoming undisabled.

I am still trying to get listed for transplant. Now they say I need my left kidney removed.
