Dear Lord,
After explaining it to them 100 times already, please give me the strength and patience to not bite somebody's head off when they ask for the 100th time why my husband isn't getting a transplant.
Please help me to be more accepting of myself and the strong possibility that I might not get everything done today, tomorrow or even the day after that.
Courage -never seem to have enough of it so please Lord, wouldn't mind a little more.
While I can see the goodness in each day, please help to overcome the bad.
Please help me to not waste precious time or energy on the people (and You know who they are) that are cold, insensitive, rude and who will just... never "get it".
Please, please humor me and let people hear me laugh again, especially myself.
Thank You, Lord, Amen!

Well, good luck with that. ;D
However, as a mere earthling I would say that it does get easier if you start by not caring what 'they' think, and when they ask for the 100' time you just say 'it's in the file' or 'I really can't be bothered to go into that now'.
I myself am constantly behind with every thing, but if it's not going to kill me before the end of the week, I'll have to accept it as life. Falling down the stairs in the hope to get everything done is just not going to improve your sense of well being.
Lots of love, Cas
