Title: CAPD app on Android

Hi,

I've created an Android app for CAPD as a college project when my wife was on CAPD. She never needed to use it as she had a successful transplant before I got it finished  :)

I'm putting it here to see if it will be any help to people.

I don't have a smart phone but I hope someone can try it out.
