Can anyone help me with ideas?
My son Gavin, is a 2-year-old transplant patient....lately I've been having severe anxiety about what to do about this--he's too little to convey needed medical info in an emergency, and yet I haven't been able to find a medic alert bracelet small enough for a 2-year-old. I'm so scared that we may be in an accident or something might happen where I am unable to give professionals the needed info. Does anyone have any suggestions?

for medical alert shoe tags, zipper pull charms, children's sized "jelly" wristbands, medic alert "dogtags", etc., poke around the following sites:

Hello again KidneyMommy, I know my sister bought my niece a medic alert bracelet at a jewelry store, i think it was a little too costly but when it comes to your childs life, (or anyone's life for that matter) it is so worth it :clap; Good luck and please let us know what you find ;)
p.s. Good info given NextNoel ;) thank you

In the Uk we have a bracelet called an S.O.S., maybe you can google for a supplier? It is a special bracelet that allows you to write all your medical info inside and its something the medical staff would recognise (i think its engraved on the outside , so they know its not an ordinary bracelet. Must admit i have been thinking about getting something like this for myself, its a good idea , not only for the young ones , but if one of us was out on our own and knocked out or something!(hopefully not!!!)

At a recent seminar- we rec'd information about MedicAlert bracelets that are stylish and quite cute! Some are even Interchangeable Designs. For ages 5 to adult.

I have been looking for one for a while . I do not like metal bracelets .
I found one at American Medical Id that is quite unique ,
It looks like a watchband the nylon type and is thin . It is very comfortable.
They have a special deal right now and I got one at regular price and a second at 1.2 price
and they have different colors etc
