One thing my wife has noticed since having to use dialysis is that her occurrences of UTI's and yeast infections have become more frequent and harder to correct. She now has standing orders with our close by lab to drop off urine samples for analysis. Her PD is going well and everyone is very happy with the kinetics and how well we are managing her weight with no signs of fluid retention. But from these UT issues it has been a real grind. We've bounced between a Urologist and her OB/GYN but the lack of urine output seems to have negatively affected her UT. Anyone else have to deal with these issues that may have some observations or advice? Other than the antibiotic treatments she gets, we haven't gotten much help from the docs in trying to keep this all in check.

We have had good success with a product called "Optimized Cran-Max with UTI Rose". It comes from the Life extension org. My wife used to have the same issues but since using this twice daily she is much better.
