I thought this was a bit funny and also appropriate for transplant patients. There is a twitter feed called Stats_Canada that pokes fun at the government department Statistics Canada. They present all sorts of ridiculous and funny statistics about Canada. The one from today is: The average Canadian uses 21.7 litres of hand sanitizer per day Sometimes I feel like a true Canadian! lol
Heres the link: https://twitter.com/stats_canada (https://twitter.com/stats_canada)

That's a funny link, corahv. Being an Aussie, I particularly enjoyed the stat that 'Banff AB has more drunken Australians per square kilometer than any other Canadian city'.

21.7 liters? That can't be right. If that's the average, some people would have to be dumping it on the ground to use enough. If true it's pretty funny. Lots of germaphobes in Canada.

The whole site is a joke. They claim the province of Saskatchewan does not observe daylight savings (true) or Christmas (gimme a break!). If you've been watching the news, there have been quite a few Rob Ford (mayor of Toronto) jokes. I like the one from late October that said 95% of Canadian mayors were going out on Halloween as Rob Ford.

Sorry. My sense of humor is slow these days. Sounds like a funny site.
