I know that many of you do appreciate and the love the services of Davita Vacation Dialysis, I have made this vacation, because I know my friend, Plugger will be thrilled to see what I have in store for everyone. First, I want to to introduce to Plugger's very favorite tour guide, he will be our guide on this luxury vacation. Our tour guide will be your good friend and mine, Kent Thiry. I know you are so happy with my choice, please, please stop applauding...... I know there is some concern among many of you that the care given at Davita Vacation Services is subpar and third rate. However, I want to reassure you that we have nothing but the very best for the dialysis patient. Kent, what is the first special thing that we have for our dialysis patients? NDXUFan, I have to tell you that one of my favorites about Davita Vacation Services is something that you first will notice when you come into a vacation center. It is the locked door, sometimes, dialysis patients do not like the way that we treat them in the Vacation Center and we are afraid they will use a gun to blow us away. I know that we have told them that it is an infection control measure, (Kent Laughs) however, how many people do you really think want to come here and enjoy this great vacation center? Some of my friends think that I am bizarre because I enjoy the door so much. (Kent continues) I wanted everyone to know and I hope you will appreciate that stockholders, not patients come first at Davita Vacation Services. To ensure that the stockholders do come first, I have cut infection control education, this will give patients the joy of another vacation trip to the hospital, with their good friend, MRSA, it will be a experience they will never, ever forget and I am putting stockholders first at the very same time, pretty cool, huh? Kent continues:
"I know we do not have a lot of time in this segment, but, I want to talk about something super secret and special..... Not really many people know this, but at the Davita Vacation Center, we have the highest discharge rate in the industry...... It is something I am very, very proud of, since becoming the head tour quide. When dialysis patients complain about anything, we discharged them out the door, here, the tour guides are always first, not the patients at the Vacation Center. It makes it a great place for anyone to become a tour guide here at the Center.
