Well Here I go again to dialysis nocturnal. The wife is not happy as usual. Feels left out and alone. Says it has been this way since day one and she is probably right. Don"t know what to do. Any suggestions as to how to make this easier on her?

Can you watch a movie together? oh, are you home or incenter?? If incenter hmmm she could come and play cards??

She doesn't like going to the center but I can ask her if she wants to do the cards. She probably won't but is is worth the shot . Thanks

Any chance she can "bunk in" with you with an extra chair or cot? When my wife is hospitalized I always have them bring in a bed for me and I stay in the room with her. It helps her feel better and not alone.
Making it medical issues more of a "family event" can help both patient and family deal with the stresses of all the medical issues. You become a "team".

The center I go to is small - twelve chairs - and all they have are lobby chairs which are not that comfortable. I have never seen a cot there and besides I don't think there is enough room to get a cot next to my chair but I well look into it. If I can get her there beside me it might help. We'll see and thank you.

There is one center in Spokane up on Sherman that doesn't allow visitors at all. Geez what do they have to hide???
It think if she came with you for awhile she would be much happier to tell you "good night" and her stay home.
