I am so very sorry, Brenda. I lost my husband a few months ago. He had a rare form of cancer, but cause of death was Septic Shock. Some little infection found an opportune spot and just took over his body. I know the pain, the emptiness you are feeling. People tell me it will get better, but I still cry everyday. It is the little things that make it so hard. Take lots of time to grieve. It is ok to be sad. PM me if I can help in any way. I'll be keeping you in my prayers.

I wanted to add my deepest sympathies. But I also need to thank you for all you have shared. I feel like I know you. And I felt like I knew your beloved. I enjoyed the way you described your life together, during your caregiver days. You were honest, you were direct, you were scared, you were funny. You made it easier for me to admit what I did right and what I did wrong and what I could improve on in my life. So, again, thank you.
