moosemom, the biggest challenge for me is to make sure every patient of mine feels like they are cared for. Every patient for me important, weather they want to believe it or not. Some dont care what information i can give to help them, others listen intently to what i have to offer. I feel that is the hardest aspect.

Thank you all for the very warm welcome. If i have any info i can help with, i will b glad to share, but i am not here to start preaching to people. I am here to hear what patients are saying, their wants, needs, ect. I feel that this will make be a better provider for my patients. Getting some inside information if you will...lol.

CCHT-Ben Welcome. :welcomesign; I'm lucky in the fact I have GREAT techs and nurse's at the clinic where I'm doing hemo. This is short term as I'm switching back to PD at the end of July. My hats off to you folks that work long hours and have to put up with some not-so wonderfull patients. Grumpy

Welcome Ben, yea I agree, having a bunch to look after would definately be trying. I believe it takes a special person to do this. Someone who has a heart for it, not just a job. I can just imagine doing several people, but you do, and God Bless you for it.
Again welcome & God Bless,
