Maybe give me some pointers...I'm having relationship problems also.I feel like I'm a ghost...(selfish)..im the fulltime caregiver..

She cut her catheter OFF??? That's CrAzY!! Did y'all go to the dialysis center or hospital?? I'd freak out if I had done that!! I hope she doesn't get peritonitis!! Hopefully things will get better. As she gets older she will learn more and be able to do it herself.

How are things going now Carolyn?
As you undoubtedly know, the last thing a teenager wants is to have people help them or tell them what to do. And with no health problems, you can ease up a bit. But when it comes to keeping them healthy, it's a thankless job. And it feels like no one around you knows what you're going through. That's how it was for me for a long time. Still is sometimes. But I know hanging in there will give the best longterm results, even though short term its a frustrating and lonely existence! Hope you are ok!
