Title: Effects of an outrageously high BUN

I just got this months lab results.  My BUN was 743.  I know that it's outrageously high result.  I was just wondering what the long-term effects are of a BUN that high.  What am I doing or not doing to get a BUN that high??  HELP!!

My speech has been a little slurrrred and sometimes I'm more forgetful than usual.  Are these symptoms?

I guess this means I'm really as full of sh*t as I thought I was.   :yahoo;

I don't know if it's BUN that causes it, but forgetfulness is a side effect of ESRD. I forget things ALL the time!! I have to write EVERYTHING!!! lol
