So I just took a look and I've been a member here since 2006!!! That's 7 full years!
So I'd love to see what kind of milestones others have reached!!! Who has been a member for the most amount of time. This includes moderators and administrators!! Just a fun interesting topic! G.

wondering about biographies ehh? a bit bi curious :-[
I started under my name in Jan 2007, before that I registered as Dialysta August 09, 2005 but dialista got banned.

I think spring in 2008. I recommend this site to anyone of my friends who are reaching the bad stages of CKD and try to share what I have learned here with others.
-
LOL Bill... I seem to remember differences in opinion with you and Mitch and the whole buying and selling organs topic. I believe I'm correct on that. THX. G.

What do you mean the last of the first?
BTW I just noticed that in your picture on the sidebar - your avatar pic - it looks like you have a hi-top fade (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hi-top_fade), is that intentional? It's a good look :lol;
-
I didn't even notice that!! HA. I should photoshop that to look intentional!! LOL

I was 19 long months into PD dialysis and finding IHD was the life line I desperately needed! :pray;
-
A lot has changed since this time, unfortunately not for the better healthwise. As the doctors told us, it's not a cure, just another form of treatment which keeps me focused on that it is better than dialysis. That or I'm just used to health issues since being a kid and I'm a little :urcrazy; ;D Date Registered: October 04, 2007, 09:18:13 PM

Agreed!! So many great people have made this a great place to come learn, rant and be with others who understand. I'm so happy I found IHD way back in 2005. I left for awhile but always checked in. It's been a life saver to be back. It's great to see so many regulars here. Usually these boards come and go its a credit to the administrators and long term members that its still going strong for so many years!!

Also known as the blue strip of rubber that's tied around your arm to make the veins pop out. *LOL*
Can also be used as a cat toy, or to tie your curtains back when you open the window.
