My husband loves the stickman PD belt, he has had a couple for over a year so I have sent for 2 more. No problem with the belts, they arrived along with a request for customs charge and handling fee of 22 usd or £15 UK. I am spitting. I live in the UK and the bas****s are charging import duty, and handling fee. I can not believe this. So all in all I have paid in American dollars 72 . equivalent to £47 for two belts. So be careful if you order these and live in the UK or other international countries, the government is out to get you. Sorry about moaning, I am fu**** spitting.

I get the same thing ordering things from the US, and I'm in Canada. They just have to kick it across a border. I doubt that it's Stickman themselves that's charging you. It's most likely the company that they used to ship. FedEx did it to me with a sweater with a show logo on it that I bought from NBC. They sent me a bill about a week after it was delivered. I forget how much it was, but it was an import and handling fee.
btw, Stickman was originally a Canadian company. I'm not sure where they are based now.

It sounds like a government (customs) charge. It might be worth getting someone in the US to buy them for you and to send them as a gift. Then you could reimburse them for the belts and postage. Would that get around the charges? The UK seems to getting very imaginative with their new taxes. ???

Went to the Royal Mail to pick up and PAY this morning and the guy said that any imported goods worth more than £16 or 29 USD was elegable for the charge. So if I had ordered one at a time they probably would have got through. Still spitting.
