Title: how can you make scar tissue work for you with button holes and not against you?

Question for this Q&A section: How can you make scar tissue works for you with buttonholes in your AV Fistula and not against you?

The last time they had to use a sharp on me again after using blunts for the last 5 times. They said I might have clotting or scar tissue but then they say buttonholes are supposed to have scar tissue!
