:boxing; Hi, This's Davinder Pal Singh(36) from New Delhi, India. Got detected with ESRD in Nov 2011. Started in center dialysis twice a week. I'm a tv journalist on full time job as prime time shift head & studio anchorperson in Punjabi language on PTC News in India. I've been following IHD since ten months but got approval to join only now. Honestly i would have been fighting a tough n lonely battle as doctors & nurses in y country are either too busy or too fed up to reply to your questions because of patient's load. IHD gave me lotsa information n courage stories to fight back. Much Obliged

Welcome Davinder. I'm an Aussie with a problem not too dissimilar to you own. I do in-centre dialysis three times a week. As I'm sure you've discovered, you'll find lots of people on this sire in a similar predicament. Ask away and you'll get answers to all your questions. It's a tough gig we have, but it is comforting knowing that there are others in the same boat. Good luck to you.

Welcome Davinder! :welcomesign;
You sound as though you have a pretty busy life. There certainly is a heap of information on this site, and plenty of people who can answer questions.

Welcome to IHD. I'm so glad you found us. How available is a kidney in India?
Thank you for joining.

A lack of information seems to be universal. This board was started in America in part because of the same issue! There are lots of us on here, and plenty of answers when you have questions. Knowledge is necessary for survival with kidney disease! Glad you found us, and hope we can answer lots of questions - and that you stick around and help the next person who has some as well!
