I've been doing Nxstage at home (with my husband) since the 29th of September.
The first 2 weeks were like a nightmare! The CU went out on the machine and they had to send 2 different ones before it would run! So for all that time, we had to run bags.
Finally, the CU is working.
The last 2 weeks have been amazing! Every night that we have run, we have done so without any alarms! :cheer:
I feel so much better doing D at home. I hope I never have to go back in center!

Yay!!! I agree that the first couple of weeks are nerve wracking even without the struggle of a bad CU. I am so happy that NxStage is working out for you.

We are in Canada so don't use NxStage but agree that alarm free nights are awesome!!
Glad that your machine is now working and here's to sleeping through more often than not.

Congrats! We had many alarms at first, too. Sleeping is good!

I do PD, and can trigger an alarm just by rolling over and crimping my line so can relate to having an alarm free night. Here's to lots more of those!

Oh what great news Cebu! I remember when it was all nerve racking at first. Even thought about quiting it & how I just wanted to stop learning and let Hubby go back in-center. Thank God, we stuck with it. And we didn't have any problems with our machines either.
Im so proud of you. Now you take the reins and run the show. Great job!
God Bless,
