Title: Hero Cath?

My third right leg av fistula draw. In the last 2 years I've had six neck caths and one right arm graft that went belly up. Since February I've had a leg fistula put in. One good dialysis 2 really bad scenes! Both of which were infiltrated(my opinion, DaVita says it's me not cooperating)Whatever they say it's is extruciating! I sit here with my leg up on ice, so swollen! The last time this happened they used the wrong needle(a graft needle).
Has anyone heard of the "hero"catherter? Can you explain what it is a hook up for me please?
Please forgive my grammar.
The dialysis center is not much help to me at the moment.

I believe HERO may have been recalled.
