I am looking for some info on the DaVita Dialysis Center in Gadsden, AL and or Rainbow City, AL. 

I wonder if anyone has been there, and has any info about the facility.  I may be traveling to that area, and wish to know a little bit about the center(s) from someone who has actually been there. 

I've gotten DaVita's input, now I need an "actual" person who's been there report.
