Title: Dialysis and full time job ?

OK , I'm new at this and I have not started dialysis YET  but  my plan is to just somehow  move it into my routine and continue to work.   Maybe go after work , or leave early and take my laptop with me and in the end my plan is to do it at home.  Am I crazy or is this possible.  What should I expec?  Will I need some time off work to get started?  What did you do?  Thanks
