Title: Blood Cleaning Numbers
Post by: Whamo on April 07, 2012, 06:40:14 AM
I got my labs yesterday, and it turns out my URR number was low, 54.717.  Before it was 72.180, and the normal range is 65 and above.   I come to all my treatments and stay the entire time, so I wonder what's next?   They already have me on for four hours instead of 3 1/2.  Thank God my albumin, potassium, and phosphorus numbers were in the target range.

I would ask them to repeat the test and be sure before making any drastic changes. Esp since your other numbers were ok.

I would think that they would automatically re-draw. If they do not, absolutely request the re-draw.
