It looks like I may need to take some 1-2 day trips for business. Since I'm doing CCPD, I'll need to do my cycling overnight at the distant end. As I'm only going for a day or two, it doesn't mke sense to have Baxter ship supplies to the far end. Any suggestions as to how to handle this?
Thanks in advance.

are you flying out there or driving ?
If you're flying, I'd get baxter to ship it (the airline may charge for 'overweight luggage'). Or, if there is enough time, use a courier ? If you're driving, then haul all the necessary bags yourself.

airlines, by law, are not allowed to charge extra for medical equipment or supplies. contact your airline so they know what you arriving at check in with. howrever if you have enough notice of where and when you you will be the easiest thing might just be to let baxter do it.

I always shipped my supplies ahead of time. Baster needs a heck of a lot of notice, and if you only find out a week before you go that you're going, that's not enough. The problem with shipping it yourself if that some hotels will not accept packages on your behalf if you are not there. The first time I flew to NYC, my best friend called every hotel she could think of (cuz she's local) and all but one said they would not accept anything with me not there. The one that said yes is the one I booked with.

I'm looking at Colorado to California, so driving really isn't an attractive option. I'm thinking I may have Baxter ship about a weeks worth of stuff to my home office in California, provided they have a corner to stick it in, and then just pull from it when I'm there. That way all I would need to take with me is my cycler and incidentals. I think that should pretty much solve the problem.
