Title: Pisser of a dream
Post by: Iwannabean on September 27, 2011, 10:04:31 AM
 :bandance; I had a dream last night that I got out of bed and took a long, long piss.  It felt so good, it was the most wonderful dream that I had in a long time.  Then I woke up, went to the bathroom and tinkled, what a disappointment :banghead;

you know, i can see a few plus sides of not having to pee.  Before starting hemo, when we would go see a movie, I would always have to do the obligatory pee before the movie starts thing.  And half way or 3/4 of the way thru the movie, my bladder would be screaming to pee.

Now, I don't have to go pee before the movie, nor do i have to go badly after.  kinda nice.  :rofl; :rofl;

The first time I went to NYC, my bro and I drove there from PEI. It was supposed to be a 15 hour drive.  It took us 24.  At that time, I think I went once per day.  He tried so hard to keep up with me, but he didn't make it. *LOL*  We stopped at a gas station in The Bronx at about 2am.  I sat in the car and waited for him.  I think it was the quickest pee he ever had

The one thing I like about Blokey's inability to wee is that I don't have to clean up after him because he can't sprinkle when he doesn't tinkle.

Do you have problems with him leaving the seat up?

He never leaves the seat up (because he never has reason to put it up!) but he was always very gentlemanly in putting it down again when he was peeing. Hopefully he won't have lost the ability to put the seat down once he has a working kidney again.

one of the guys at my unit tells me that he still gets the urge to go (I still pee just the same amount) then he told me that he hates the feeling that he cant go...... does this happen?? If it does I hope I never stop peeing then, I think that would be the worst feeling in the world, to have to go pee and not be able to that would really suck bad!!!!!  >:(

I get that from time to time.  It can be rather painful at times.
