Title: can a fistula clot desolve on its own?

I was wondering, can a fistula clot desolve on its own. I'm wondering because I read in some of your posts that the thrill has went away then came back on its own and I had the same problem once, lost the thrill which makes me think I have to go to the hospital then within an hour or so later it came back. Anyone know what causes this?
