Title: Is Nodosis a potassium binder?

Hi,
One of my friend who is in dialysis is taking Nodosis(sodium bicarbonate 500mg).
this medicine increases  pH and bicarbonate.  is this also a potassium binder?

I'm not 100 percent sure but I think so.
