Title: anyone ever experienced this with their access?
Post by: sullidog on July 31, 2011, 05:36:15 PM
The thrill in my graft is doing a weird thing. I will see the vascular tomorrow but was just wondering if anyone has ever had this issue. Sometimes when I feel and listen to my access the thrill and bruit are faint, then other times it's strong like it's suppose to be. This will happen off and on, it will be there but shallow, then later it will be nice and strong. I can understand it doing that with a sudden change in bp but I'm not having that problem, but this is just weird.

Saw the surgeon on Monday. He said my hg being at 8 and my bp in the low 100's which he calls hypotention could be causing it to do this, he did a doppler flow on it and it's wide open with no blockages so that's the only thing he can think of.
