LOL - haven't you heard all the horror stories about people getting drugged, snatched and having a kidney removed while they were out cold?  They usually wake up in a motel bathtub, covered in ice to keep them from bleeding out.

Yes, but this is changed up - he goes out for ice and wakes up in a bath tub full of kidneys!  :o
