Title: A time to exercise
Post by: JLM on May 12, 2011, 09:43:08 PM
Yesterday I started to do exercises as I am stuck in a chair for an hour.  I "march" my legs and move my arms at the same time.  I do torso twists and flex my abs.  I do about 20 of each then rest and then do another set.  I do about 5/6 sets during the exchange.  I'm hoping that this will help drain the solution out .  Any thoughts on this?  This should strengthen my core too.
