If you put matchingdonors.com in the search box you should come up with previous threads and news stories.

I just joined them but haven't had much luck yet, I do think the prices are a bit high for someone with a disability.

I think it is a racket.  I refused to pay the cost and registered my HLA information as a prospective donor a year ago.  To this day, I have not been contacted by any of the "coordinators" that they employ regarding my HLA compatibility with a paid recipient.
